For the quality and longevity our clients expect, we work only with professional-grade balloon brands that we source ourselves. Because we can’t guarantee the quality of balloons from other sources, we’re unable to install customer-supplied balloons.

Yes! Please have your doctor email your results to atirelainc@gmail.com, along with any credentials needed to access them. If your doctor has given you a sealed envelope, we’re happy to meet you to collect it.

Absolutely. We offer free-standing backdrop frames that elevate any design and remove the need to attach anything to a wall. They’re available as an add-on rental with custom installation orders, and we’ll collect them within 24 hours of your event.

We use a range of techniques to keep your garland looking its best. For summer events we recommend a shaded location away from direct sunlight, lighter colours, and avoiding metallic and foil balloons. For the safety of the installation, we don’t install outdoors when temperatures are above 100°F.

We serve The Woodlands, Conroe, Tomball, Willis, Magnolia, Montgomery and Spring, and we travel throughout the Houston area and beyond.

Delivery is a separate service that covers the time and travel involved in bringing your bouquet or décor to you. It’s itemised clearly in your proposal.

We currently offer delivery only, so your décor arrives in perfect condition and is set up by our team.

Yes, we offer late-night drop-offs and 5 a.m. deliveries on most days.

Most installations take about an hour, but in almost all cases we begin at least two hours before your event starts, so everything is perfect when your guests arrive.

We always look first for existing anchor points. Where there are none, we use 3M Command hooks and magnets, which can be removed cleanly afterwards.

All rentals include setup and dismount. For other installations, take-down is the client’s responsibility unless it is included in your approved statement of work.

Texas summers are hard on balloons. Once temperatures rise above 78°F, we recommend keeping helium balloons indoors and out of direct sunlight.

Helium foil balloons typically last for days. Our latex helium balloons are treated with a coating that extends their life to 18–48 hours, and sometimes several days.

Most air-filled bouquets last three weeks or more, depending on how they’re handled and whether they’re kept indoors or in a temperature-controlled space.

Balloons are delicate, and heat, sharp or rough surfaces, branches, hot cars and curious little hands can all pop them, so we can’t guarantee how long they’ll last once delivered. After delivery, Atirela isn’t responsible for balloons that are popped, lost, stolen or released. If we pop a balloon, we’ll replace it at no charge, or refund it if a replacement isn’t possible in time.

Once your agreement is signed, your date and items are reserved exclusively for you, so all payments are non-refundable. Services may be cancelled in writing at least 30 days before your event. You won’t owe the remaining balance unless special-order items were purchased for your event, such as balloons, custom linens or fresh flowers. Cancellations within one week of the event are charged in full. If your event is postponed, your deposit stays on file as a credit for 365 days (not applicable to perishable items). Full terms are in your agreement.

For safety, we don’t set up outdoors when rain or wind is forecast, and the ground needs to be completely dry for two days before installation (including irrigation systems). We ask that you plan an indoor backup area in case of rain on the day or in the two days before. Deposits are non-refundable for weather-related cancellations, but your deposit can be applied as a credit toward a future date within 365 days of your order date.
